Our Advanced Sensors Trainer is a beautiful standalone trainer, but it also integrates seamlessly with our Industry 4.0, IIoT, Industrial Automation and Network Trainers. It works just as well with your existing training equipment and traditional sensors. It provides the following features and benefits:

  • New innovative Smart Automation and Monitoring System (SAMS) sensors.

  • IO-Link Master with built in web server.

  • Programmable Digital IO points for interfacing and comparing traditional On/Off switches and sensors.

  • Predictive maintenance and self-monitoring capabilities with SAMS sensors that include things like temperature, humidity, vibration, inclination, and contamination feedback that traditional sensors do not offer.

  • Several individual power switches for sensors to help avoid potential interference or cross talk between them.

 Get your students up to speed on the innovative equipment for which industry is begging. We have collaborated with schools to customize and adapt the trainers to work with some of their existing equipment and traditional sensors to help keep costs lower. SAMS sensor configuration, programming, and monitoring software is included for free.
